While cancellation policies may vary by stylist, we require a 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Any appointment adjustments made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subjected to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service — Same day, No-calls and No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
